A journey through FutureLog's milestones

Our milestones

A new era in procurement

In 1999, FutureLog was born in Switzerland. Based on a vision of secure, seamless connectivity between all procurement stakeholders, our mission was to move away from manual ordering and instead bring hospitality industry procurement into an automated, digital environment.

FutureLog goes international

Dubai became home to FutureLog’s first international office in 2010. An exciting step into a new market, our team quickly grew, supporting hotels across the Middle East with digital ordering, contract management and rebate management.

Our expansion in Asia

Following our success in the Middle East, we further expanded our operations to Thailand, opening an office in the heart of Bangkok in 2019. Our technology also grew with the addition of flexible solutions for digital inventory management, recipe management and invoicing to our offerings.

New presence in DACH and Oceania

To meet the rising demands for automated, digitised procure-to-pay solutions in the hospitality industry, we opened two new offices in 2021; the first in Böblingen (Stuttgart) and the second in Sydney, quickly growing our teams to support our DACH customers and bring FutureLog to the shores of Australia and New Zealand.

Market-leading innovation and automation

Continuing our trajectory of hyper-growth, two additional offices were opened in 2022 to house our rapidly expanding workforce; the first in Paris and the second in Singapore. Following the launch of our new native mobile app, an extensive UX and development overhaul of our web app continued, bringing further market-leading innovation and procure-to-pay automation to our customers.
