Our Rollout Process
Effortless Onboarding with FutureLog
After making the introduction between your project team and ours, and with a series of regular project calls in our calendars, we define your data requirements and begin the process of setting up your property in the FutureLog environment.
As a second step, we analyse your products and stock-on-hand (where applicable) and commence with onboarding your suppliers.
At this stage, it's all about the interfaces, designing seamless FutureLog integrations with your ERP and POS solutions. We'll also support your supplier and product mapping, plus the upload of your Recipe Management data (where applicable).
While our procure-to-pay software is intuitive and user-friendly, we offer the option of onsite or online training for you and your teams.
You're live on FutureLog! Now you and your teams are ready to place orders, manage your inventory, manage invoices and more.
Following your successful go-live, we'll closely monitor your progress to ensure a smooth transition and to support your change management, particularly over the busy month-end period.
