Since the beginning of the year, our FutureLog team in Böblingen has established a wonderful tradition - a monthly Team Catch Up! Moderated by Lisa Huck, the team recently came together again to discuss key topics and consolidate common goals.
New additions were discussed, upcoming team expansions were announced and the latest developments in the international teams for better global networking were exchanged.
One particularly interesting discussion was on the FutureLog skills matrix. Used to assess the skills and qualifications of each employee in their role, it enables our teams to understand and evaluate their strengths and resources. Individual targets are derived from this for each team member to work towards, and the #SMART goals (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound) are designed to ensure that everyone realises their full potential while collectively contributing to FutureLog's overall vision.
The monthly exchange is not only informative, but also strengthens collaboration and the corporate culture at FutureLog. We look forward to even more productive conversations as we progress together!
